If could give no stars, I would. I sincerely regret not reading the previous review before choosing a particular attorney from this law firm. I now find myself in complete agreement with the individual who left the one-star review before me, as my experience was equally distressing. Throughout my case, I felt that this attorney was focused solely on his own interests and showed little empathy for my situation as a parent. Don't use this law office, they will charge for work they don't finish. I used them on a CD, never again.

Michael Gavin wrote a very threatening letter for his client to place into my mailbox and claims that it was just a standard collections letter. I owe no money to Gavin's client and I have also done nothing illegal. This is by definition extortion and police were immediately notified. As a lawyer one would expect him to know the laws better but fortunately enough for me the Minnesota court system handled everything just fine.
