I am really frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a recliner from this store March of 2025 for my mother who was finally coming home from physical rehab. She needed it to keep her legs elevated. We only had the chair for 3 weeks before it broke. We purchased the warranty, but Servco is the worst. They are useless. It took months for the part to come in. They finally fixed it.
