Frank came highly recommended from our real estate agent and he did not disappoint. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. As the sellers we came across some Title issues and Frank was extremely resourceful and diligent in getting things done which saved us $ and efficiently resolved the issue so we could close. His assistant Andi was also on top of her game and the office runs efficiently. The fees are more than reasonable considering how good and efficient Frank is. Highest praise for a job well done. 5 star +!
