I purchased a dress from this store for a wedding. Bought it and left it for alterations. Went back to get it tried it on and let one of the employees zip me up and also put it in the bag. I didn’t open the bag until I got to the wedding as soon as I turned it around you could see the holes and rips in the dress. I called the store they gave me options of sewing the holes or offered 40 dollars in credit both upset me. I paid almost 500 dollars for the dress and 150 for the alterations. Went to Gautier San Antonio La Cantera and ordered a dress that they didn’t have in stock. My daughter previously tried on dress in same size different color and it fit great. Dress came in and there was so much material on the chest part and dress fit different. Told sales associate who said, “ it fits same& wanted to argue with me” We told her, “you don’t have dress on and it feels different. I absolutely had the BEST experience at Gautier. Im a plus size girl and before visiting Gautier I had been to 10 other stores ranging from Austin, San Marcos, and Dallas.The staff was SO helpful and had provided their best services. I told the lady what kind of dress I was going more towards and my price range and she gave me a good amount of dresses to pick from. You have a wonder shop & amazing employees!! 2 days before my daughters senior prom we were informed by another boutique we would not be getting my daughters dress. We showed up at Gautier with tears in our eyes an hour before you closed. Your employees worked hard to find her the perfect dress. It was Perfect and prettier than the original dress we purchased!! You saved her prom!!

The dresses were lovely, however the service was aweful. The lady in charge was incredibly rude and was very unwelcoming to ALL of her costumers. We weren't allowed to look for dresses once we were in the dressing room. Dress shops always make you feel special, and this one was just uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

This place was seriously amazing, and the service is absolutely beautiful, they are very caring and are willing to stay after hours. I went looking for a prom dress, and they have so many options all dresses beautiful, and fair pricing, in total I tried about 13 different dresses and they made me have a wonderful experience, by giving you suggestions in what fits. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I wanted to buy a dress for my girlfriend and after looking in different major stores at the mall finally decided to try Gautier and it was a very pleasant experience, the price was not bad at all, great customer service and amazing dresses my girlfriend looks gorgeous in that dress. I highly recommend this store.
