My brother was recently involved in a car accident and we contacted this law firm hoping to get guidance. Unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. During the phone call attorney Goen was rude, treated with lack of empathy and the conversation itself left us feeling discouraged rather than helped. My brother is Hispanic and has an accent, and while I can’t say why he was treated this way, the interaction made us feel unwelcome.
