I was at your car wash at 11:15 am, Sept. 14, 2011 Premium wash #73344. When I informed the clerk the undercarriage was not working and the dryer did not dry my truck very well, she told me I went through to fast, I use the car wash all the time, I will no longer use, due the the fact Neeru , who I was told was the owner is very rude and the person I spoke to later at 7:20 pm was just as rude when I informed him of my problem.
