Here is my honest opinion as this is my second hearing aid. Bought my second hearing aid from them. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, and my hearing aid is making my life worse and not comfortable. Why, because it supposed to be inside the ear completely, but it is not fully inside as they promised me, it doesn’t fit well into the ear and that’s why it moves out of the ear all the time, which effect the voice quality and clarity. Bad service here. They dont take care about you here. I have been waiting (without hearing aids ) for months now. Waiting for the old pair to be fixed and waiting for the new pair … but they keep giving me the “run-around”. Never any news or update. Always telling me there’s a note in your file , they will call you !!!! But never any news. And never a call.
Service pourri, allez ailleurs. Perdez pas votre temps.
