Bad service here. They dont take care about you here. I have been waiting (without hearing aids ) for months now. Waiting for the old pair to be fixed and waiting for the new pair … but they keep giving me the “run-around”. Never any news or update. Always telling me there’s a note in your file , they will call you !!!! But never any news. And never a call.
