Went in with a friend in hopes of buying all new linens for a new home. I was holding my purse, a jacket and some of their sample towels in high heels. To get my balance, I sat on one of the beds since there were no chairs. She told me to get up since she didn’t want to have to fix it later and told me she still has to sell that duvet cover. The customer service was so disappointing - we left and bought nothing. BIG MISTAKE$$$$$
I’m hard of hearing and didn’t realize the sales person had approached. When I explained my impairment she scowled at me. She proceeded to follow my family and I around as though we were suspicious. I don’t know if they have issues with theft but it was very off putting.
