Gatra buses are a life saver! Always clean and kind and helpful drivers.
Out here in middleboro the drivers like to turn around on private property almost hitting parked vehicles on the daily. Having the drivers turn around on public property would be better for safety and liability reasons. Complaints have been put in numerous times but the drivers do as they please.
I'm going to elaborate when I write a detailed "Transit log", of trips and even trying to schedule trips. I've never known such a poorly run unchecked service. Pot holes feel like a a jolt of lightning if they are bad and half the drivers are friendly the other not at all. For instance it's almost 6 a m but I'm unable to get a ride after noon I try but earliest is 2:30? I'm not even able to leave at 12:15 to get a 2:15 appointment in town. ??? Mixed regular with appointments??
The buses smell, they're poorly maintained and the company itself is trash.
