The buses smell, they're poorly maintained and the company itself is trash.
Drivers couldn't be nicer, more polite + helpful even if they tried. Buses on-time most of the time. Dispatchers are the best of all! Accommodating & good manners. I really appreciate Gatra 's good service

Very useful and is usually on time but plan for 5 min fluctuations.
GATRA bus routes are a terrible option for transportation. They constantly leave consumers stranded by coming early or just driving by. Half the drivers are rude and seems like they hate their job. Some are dangerous drivers and this one guy is talking on his phone through headphones everday he is driving. The buses are run down and feel like they're going to brake down any day.
