GATRA bus routes are a terrible option for transportation. They constantly leave consumers stranded by coming early or just driving by. Half the drivers are rude and seems like they hate their job. Some are dangerous drivers and this one guy is talking on his phone through headphones everday he is driving. The buses are run down and feel like they're going to brake down any day. Took 2 toddlers, one of which is a special needs child, on their 1st ever bus ride on the route that goes to Broadway Walmart and market basket. The driver was extremely belligerent and aggressive when we reached the last stop and advised him that we were staying on for the round trip as it was simply for the toddlers to experience a bus ride. The driver did not care and continued his verbal assault and hostility - completely unwarranted. We called the GATRA offices to file a formal complaint and have not heard from anyone. ... read more
Customer service is always very helpful
I always love taking gatra buses it’s great service they always run on time and all the drivers will help you connect with the second bus if you need it, I’ll give you directions on where to stand and wait for the bus. I have been taking this bus service for a number of years and I’ve never had any issues
