Dial-A-Ride user here. I do want to say that there has been some improvements so I'm re-writing. Overall, the drivers know what they're doing and are kind though I've had a few that were questionable. There have been a few times in the past when my wheelchair was not strapped in properly and at many points on those rides I felt close to tipping. Thankfully this has not happened in a bit but I still get a bit nervous. Customer service has improved, and it seems like they are listening to their clients more which is very appre... read more

ALWAYS available in crunch time on the phone. My dedicated driver CHRIS in Scituate is amazing reliable friendly and trustworthy. I enjoy trips on his ALWAYS clean bus. He has local insight & gave me a few great lunch ideas, when I was feeling a little out of place. GREAT AFFORDABLE & RELIABLE SERVICE!
I'm re-writing my review because holy mother of god your service has gotten even worse despite the "new system." For some context, I am a disabled person who uses the Dial A Ride service. - Customer service? Unreliable. Completely unreliable. You say one address and they'll get a completely different one. Didn't think someone could confuse the YMCA for Marshall's but it happened to me today. Their estimated arrival times are never accurate. "Oh your ride is a few minutes away" Meanwhile I waited over an hour today in the hot... read more
