They will be more than happy to take your money, but your equipment still will not work. I brought in my computer needing a repair. Per the recommendation of their "expert technician" had a replacement part ordered that was said to fix the problem. When I went to pick it up, the computer still was not working because the part that was reported to be the problem according to "expert technician" wasn't really the problem at all.
