I recently had my backyard re-turfed from Gator Turf and they did an excellent job. What I was most impressed with was their communication (Phil & Lidia) during the entire process. Phil came out within a day for an estimate, sent me the estimate like 2 hours after, immediately answered any questions I had through a phone conversation or text message during the entire process. We had the best experience with Gator Turf! Phil was responsive, answered all our questions, was price transparent, and the install was timely. The office staff was so kind and quick to respond. The crew that installed the turf was timely, quick, clean, and everyone was so nice! I highly highly recommend.
We are really happy with the job that was done. The owner came out and looked at the area, gave great recommendations and Josue and his crew were knowledgeable, respectful, worked hard, and their work turned out beautiful!
They are the best company out there, hands down!!!! They are the most fairly priced. The same team has been working there for a long time they are organized they communicate I could literally never ask for a better experience. I had gotten over 10 different quotes and they were the most fairly priced and the most eager to make their customers happy everyone in this company is absolutely fabulous. I could not rave enough. They literally made my yard dreams come true
