This place sucks. I dropped a tool off and was told id get it back in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later i call and im told they haven't even logged it in the system. The people are rude, and offer no explanation for the change of schedule. I would not go here to fix your Milwaukee tools, especially if they have a warranty. Just go on Milwaukee's website and do it yourself for free.
Useless for Milwaukee battery replacement. Person answering the phone was of no help in getting a M12 battery replaced. It's easier to start a return on the Milwaukee website and they send you a Fedex return label.
