They revamped my 40 years barrel pit fire tray into a modern and heavy duty work of art. Great customer service and will use them again for my offset smoker firebox.
I Got my New Meatslinger 24 with an offset fire box and this thing is amazing! Such solid craftsmanship and design from Mr. Robin and such great customer service throughout the entire process. From ordering it, to revising my order because I wanted to add on more options to loading it up and helping me strap it down on my trailer when I went to pick it up (and even helping me change my trailer tire when I hit his curb pulling out.) they go above and beyond to make sure the entire experience is top notch. Everything went according to plan with the smoker. Ritchey was on point with everything and had a great attitude overall. When I arrived for pickup everything went smooth with no issues. Smoker was greased and ready to use. Used it for a graduation party for my son class of 2025. Big thanks to Gator Pit of Texas. I will be back to rent with them again!!!
Second year in a row renting this pit. Can't say enough good things about the owners or their product. Smooth transaction, great communication, will definitely be using them again !
