Excellent customer service a
Company will not stand up for their word. Brought in a remote to have the positive wire reattached was told no problem will have it done in 2 days. 1 month later after numerous calls they said that they are unable to attach wire and if they could it would be 100.00, I can buy a new remote for less. Lack of communication and unreliable service led me to this review
I am always pleased with Gators in Starkville. I rely on them mostly for my laptop repairs, my iPhone chargers, and restoring files. They are the absolute best!!! Recently my screen cracked on my android phone, it was fixed within 3 days. Totally excellent and reliable service with great quality products you can count on.
