I brought in my laptop for a screen repair in February. 2 weeks later the screen goes out. I take it back, and for the next 5 weeks or so it was in the shop. The employees that answered the phone when I called were extremely rude, and they kept telling me it would be fixed by a certain time and each time it wasn’t. Excellent customer service a
Company will not stand up for their word. Brought in a remote to have the positive wire reattached was told no problem will have it done in 2 days. 1 month later after numerous calls they said that they are unable to attach wire and if they could it would be 100.00, I can buy a new remote for less. Lack of communication and unreliable service led me to this review
