We can't say enough good things about this place. The assistance we received in the store was exceptional. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly, addressing all the details I inquired about. The delivery was prompt, and the workers were very professional. Our building isn’t the easiest to navigate, but they made it look effortless. I highly recommend using them for any of your commercial equipment needs.
Called to talk to the shipping department and the lady that answered the phone told me to stop mumbling and then when I asked who I should talk to she hung up on me. Do not recommend doing work with such an unprofessional group of people. I really don't understand how people employ people that potential vendors.
Karina went above and beyond in the selection of the right Hatco warming unit for a key client of ours. She arranged a site visit with a Hatco rep and was able to come up with a solution that exceeded the clients expectations.
