My mom had an appointment for 11:15 and Philip took it upon himself to skip us for a familiar face. We waited a whole hour to be seen and ended up leaving because principals weren’t followed. What is the point of setting an appointment if it’s not going to be honored????
I've been going to this location for about 15 years. I like Dr. Phillip DeSantis. He's personable with bedside manners. Same with his son, Dr. Paul DeSantis. I consulted with Kathy who found for me these beautiful plastic frames for $17. I like light weight glasses. Kathy was profession and sweet each time. Thank you Kathy.
