GATEWISE is so simple and easy. Their customer service team is outstanding. They reach out to check on you to see if you have any questions or concerns. The installation process was so quick and simple. The system works wonderfully for our residents as they can simply open the gate from anywhere and not even have to be at the property. 10/10 Highly Recommended!

As a resident of an apartment that uses this app. I can tell you this is entirely unnecessary and quite irritating to use.

In the beginning , we had some trouble with Gatewise and we were about to give up. UNTIL MANNY!!!! He helped recognize some of the issues with the installation and our wet weather. (Washington) Once we got all the bugs figured out it works GREAT!!! My residents love the security it brings to the property. Without a remote.

I don’t know why the property switched from key fobs to Gatewise but things are always breaking leaving doors unlocked and it takes them months to fix send someone out to fix it. And then they charge the property extra fees, saying it was user error not their fault lol.
