In the beginning , we had some trouble with Gatewise and we were about to give up. UNTIL MANNY!!!! He helped recognize some of the issues with the installation and our wet weather. (Washington) Once we got all the bugs figured out it works GREAT!!! My residents love the security it brings to the property. Without a remote.
I don’t know why the property switched from key fobs to Gatewise but things are always breaking leaving doors unlocked and it takes them months to fix send someone out to fix it. And then they charge the property extra fees, saying it was user error not their fault lol.
Gatewise is the best access control system we could have ever invested into with our community. I would highly recommend any complex to make a great investment into gatewise.
I used Gatewise for the first time in the Spring. Each step of the process was thoroughly explained and implemented. The installers were professional. The backend support has been timely. Our residents have offered favorable comments on how user friendly the app is.
We have been using Gatewise for more than a year and we are very happy with them. They always respond in a timely manner and very professional. We hope to add more items to our account in the future.
