Claire is a phenomenal therapist and she’s very skilled at ‘reading between the lines’ to pin point areas that need to be addressed. I’ve worked with several therapists over the years and she was able to help me more in a single session than anyone else I’ve worked with over the last 5 years. She sets a safe space for you to share what’s on your heart and mind so you can release what no longer serves you. One specific session comes to mind in which I released a lot.
