Stephanie creates a comforting space that has allowed me to step out of trauma induced pain and confidently into myself again. I LOVE our sessions, her stress detox and yin and pin classes! Stephanie listens to my body sensitivity and adjusts our sessions to get results that reminds my body how to feel itself, instead of forcing its change. I really appreciate her work and her way.

Thank you Stephanie for seeing me on such short notice. After a week of severe shoulder pain she did a combination of acupuncture and massage on my shoulder, and I walked out of her clinic pain free. I highly recommend her

I have been to Gateway many times. Always a friendly, inviting experience. Stephanie and Kate are top notch, and are always attentive to my needs. Whether you are needing massage, cupping, acupuncture, or coaching, they do it all.
