Absolutely amazing staff I just wanna give a big shout out to Lindsay and Dylan they helped me get my bike all situated today. They were phenomenal and super lovely people!
Went to look for ebikes, ready to buy. Having been a customer since they were on Whyte ave. The apathy of the staff on full display. When the staff finally shuffled over to answer questions he seemed upset that someone would dare to ask questions about $4k ebikes. No knowledge or interest of the products. United cycle lost the sales.
We had the best experience! Calvin was super helpful and provided great suggestions for an overwhelmed cycling newbie!
