Our appointment was scheduled for 10 am when we arrived the door was locked and no one was there. We called and we're told they were running behind and would arrive in ten minutes. They arrived at 1020 am . We went inside and signed in , they took the person who arrived after us first. It is now 11:45 and we are still waiting to be helped.
