Something about picking up your refund check and 1200 dollar and some change is missing don't understand how they can only account for 600 and the other 600 has magically disappeared and the remarks the lady had is oh wow that's crazy and when I asked to see the ledger or the breakdown of my check she says it's not allowed. The have the nerve to say the IRS had fees and gateway has fees but can't show me proof of where the money went.
