Gateway Springs is a clean living facility with staff that truly cares about their residents. So many of the staff members go above and beyond to treat the residents with dignity and love, especially Carolyn!
I was very impressed by Gateway Springs when I was visiting as a Hospice Volunteer. I was greeted & walked directly to the unit that my patient was on. The interior was beautifully decorated and there were many areas where the residents could congregate.The most impressive part was the staff! My father is doing a short-term rehabilitation for an injury. I am very happy we picked Gateway. The place is clean, they have plenty of activities that dad loves, and the staff have been attentive and effective. When I forgot to tell them about my dad's doctor appointment, and that he needed transpertation, they were able to pull it together for me that very morning. Ruth, the shuttle driver, is great!
