i have been going to gateway rc for just a few weeks but the own has been very helpful with any questions and they have good prices.
I found the employee that which I think is the owner to be rude. I didnt care for this shop at all. I also found thier prices to be on the high side. I like to save money so I wont go back and I suggest the same to anyone who is considering going to this shop. There is a track out in a local park but the hills seem to be made to make this guy money. I see no need in hills that are that high and yes I love to ramp my truck but not break it in little pieces.
the best r/c shop in the st.Louis area i live 2 1/2 hours away and ill drive it to come to this shop i have been to 7 different hobby stores in and around the area and this is the only on who to care of all my questions and went out of his way to help me. A++++ shop
I found the store to be clean, well laid out, and the prices reasonable. Im just getting into R/C helis and the owner has been very polite and helpful.Now if only I could figure out how to fly it without needing spare parts :-)
I found this store to be very nice and organized. They have just about everything you need if you are into RC cars and planes. R/C Mom, if you look online most of their prices are at the suggested retail price and thats good considering I have been places where they bump the price up to \$50 or more on their high end product. I thought the owner was very polite and helpful, and I also very much enjoyed their track at the park with out breaking my Nitro Sport. Easy four stars.
I think the place is great, The owner will tottaly go out of his way to answer all your questions...in fact I bug him to death and he always helps, as far as pricing there is no way he is the highest around, I know...been everywhere, sounds to me like one of his competetors leaving the bad review:)
Great place for all r/c parts and service and near one of the best off road dirt race tracks around.
