Highly unprofessional behavior, which is quite ironic given the word "professional" is part of the company's name. My experience applying for a position involved being misdirected and receiving conflicting information from a very discourteous male assistant. After a week of unreturned emails and being unable to contact a supervisor or manager, I finally got through, only to encounter a manager who was equally impolite, quickly becoming dismissive and ending the call abruptly.
