It all starts with administration. Clint Slayton takes care of his staff and makes sure they are all on one accord. Taking care of each individual that comes through the door is the mission.. The facility is really nice, remodeled recently, surely one of the nicest in the area. Definitely worth a tour!

Please do yourself and loved ones a favor STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! Night shift is THE WORST!!! Feel sorry for the elderly. Got my family member out ASAP!!!

We are always happy to work with Gateway Post-Acute care. The Nurses, the Staff and the employees are always going above and beyond to help with our High Acuity patients. Clint Slayton is key in assisting us with the coordination of the patients. We highly recommend Gateway at Arlington Villa.

Don't put your family memeber here! My grandma was here for 16 days and it was terrible! She was only given 1 shower the whole time except the 1 I came to give her. Her sheets were turned instead pf changed. She only had rehab 8 times but insurance was billed for everyday. They forgot to bring her meals more than once and the food she did get was terrible. After she left I met with Clint and their defense was that my grandma's memory was bad. Her day to day memory is fine! This place is highly unrecommeded!!
