The kept cancelling my delivery and when I was asking politely what the issue was, they hung up on me. Worst customer service ever!!! Do not use them!!!
The worst company in the world. Don't use them . First of all our stuff is still sitting in a storage for almost 1 month. And no one knows when it is going to be shipped . The second thing they changed the price when they came to pick up our stuff. We are going to file against this company !!! I can't imagine how this company exists at all?

Worst moving company in the history of moving companies. Made verbal and written agreements to move my goods, then changed all the prices upon arrival of my moving date. After that proceeded to change all my promised delivery dates as well under the guise of a bunch of technicalities in the contract. Buyer beware. This company is a scam and will take your money and your furniture and then leave you high and dry. DON’T USE THEM!
If I could give this company NO stars, I would. Worst moving experience of my life! The price kept going up, and my “budget” move cost me $8,000!! Even upon delivery, they charged for the stairs; and all must be payed in cash or postal money order, which needs cash to get. They broke the porch light of our house at pickup. The driver told me that the company sends someone to fix it. No, you fix it and submit the bill. So, I sent in the claim form, and guess what!
