I will agree with the smarminess in dealing with this company! Told me they would come out to clear out an apartment and haul everything away for $500.00. Mind you, they never mentioned the $20.00 credit card fee even though I asked them if they accepted cards. How did I not know this was a huge lie? Now in order for them to fulfill their obligation of hauling it away, they want another $200.00 SMH.
The kept cancelling my delivery and when I was asking politely what the issue was, they hung up on me. Worst customer service ever!!! Do not use them!!!
The worst company in the world. Don't use them . First of all our stuff is still sitting in a storage for almost 1 month. And no one knows when it is going to be shipped . The second thing they changed the price when they came to pick up our stuff. We are going to file against this company !!! I can't imagine how this company exists at all?

Worst moving company in the history of moving companies. Made verbal and written agreements to move my goods, then changed all the prices upon arrival of my moving date. After that proceeded to change all my promised delivery dates as well under the guise of a bunch of technicalities in the contract. Buyer beware. This company is a scam and will take your money and your furniture and then leave you high and dry. DON’T USE THEM!
