I had an amazing experience with Gateway Mortgage! As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, but Max took the time to sit down with me and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Dorothy was equally incredible—so supportive and offered guidance! Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend!

While this process was extremely stressful because in hindsight, we probably were not ready to buy a house and made it much harder on the team than it needed to be. They made it happen. I am so grateful for the consistent updates and hard work they put in to make it happen for me family.. I work overnights and sometimes forget that others are not up all night; Dorothy answered her phone after 10pm and provided email updates as early as 3am. This is the most hardworking team of people and we are so grateful.
