I had an amazing experience with Gateway Mortgage! As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, but Max took the time to sit down with me and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Dorothy was equally incredible—so supportive and offered guidance! Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend!

The experiance I had working with Meg and Amanda here at gateway has been great. Any questions was answered quickly. The communication was top notch. I was never in a moment of wondering what is happening they kept me up to date as much as possible. I highly reccommend Gateway.

We were referred to Gateway Mortgage Services by our real estate agent Amanda Polansky. She told us Tori and her team were rock stars and she did not disappoint!! Getting a mortgage is notorious for being the biggest barrier to entry with homeownership. Tori right away put us at ease and told us that she was going to take care of us. As first time homebuyers, we were thrilled to work with the Gateway Mortgage team. They made the process feel easy and answered all questions we had with clarity and thoroughness. They guided us and supported us through every step of the way. Our closing process had some big hiccups, but the team at Gateway went right to work so that we could still close on time. We can’t say enough great things about this company and the support they provide!! AAA plus. For starters we are not an easy file for them to work with, but from the onset they deliver what they promise in spades! Max Satti is our contact and he is always a phone call or text away.
