Our loan originator Juliana lied to us and told us in 2022 that "Gateway is not in the business of reselling mortgages. We manage our own." This convinced us to do business with Gateway and sign for a mortgage in May 2022. Now, 30 months later, Gateway has improperly sold our loan off to some shady third party "RoundPoint" without our consent.
