I would highly recommend using Gateway Mortgage for your home financing or re-finance. I would like to give special thanks to Louis Salinas for his time and guidance through my refinance. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. The Gateway team helped me get the the process done quickly and efficiently, I liked the videos that showed what was going on through-out the hole process for better understanding of the re-financing at each stage. They continue to call and text to set up fake interviews, yet nobody answers when you call them back to find out how they got your information or what they want.

Worst experience ever… working with Joshua Allyn, Michael Delaminate, It was worse than a horror movie… horrible communication between all, asking for same documents over and over because they dont communicate with each other; they are thief’s ; we ask not to expend more them 5,000 to buy down the rate and at the end they make us sign into a Loan expending more then what we ask them almost the double to buy down the rate… and at last minute they was putting pressure on us to sign the documents to have everything ready for cl... read more

I had a very unpleasant experience with David Craig (Loan Processor). I first contacted Mr. Craig via email to consider my options. He provided me with a link to submit application for a rate estimate. I submitted all required documents (pay stubs, w2 forms etc. etc.) and patiently waited days to received a response and there was never a response. During a period of 3 weeks my wife called Mr. Craig on 3 different times to inquire about the status. On all 3 occasions Mr. Craig simply said it would take 24/48 hours to process.... read more
