Gateway is a horrible company. I have been trying to get PMI removed from my account for 2 years (after I was informed that my property value, per THE TAXING AUTHORITY, has exceeded their loan-to-value ratios). I have provided the requested information on 3 occasions. Each time, a new set of requirements has been presented.
