I had a wonderful experience with Gateway Mortgage! From start to finish it was 5 star service. Was called and updated every step of the way. Got a weekly email with what needs to be done. We had some hurdles in this deal the staff at Gateway had no problems handling them. Highly recommend and would love for all my clients to use them! I've been through the mortgage process three times with Gateway. It has always been a very smooth and easy process thanks to Terri,Christina and Ashley. Teri and her TLC Team has been an excellent experience during our refinance process with Gateway Mortgage group. They were professional, fast, consistent, professional and friendly at the same time. The best mortgage company ever. The loan process was awesome. The girls there all worked so hard to get us in our new home so fast. They work as a great team. They meet me at closing and was there to make sure everything went so smooth. I was shocked to see them. But everyone was there to celebrate my new beginnings.
