The whole building is infested with mice, yet management doesn't seem to be doing much more than calling pest control who just come and lay traps once a month. They need to do more to get the building pest-free. 2 stars only because most of the staff are very kind and nice.

I recently had the opportunity to spend time at Gateway Assisted Living and I was very impressed by the caring and supportive environment they provide. The staff are compassionate, dedicated, and truly go above and beyond for the residents. Thank you to the entire team for the important work you do and for creating such a welcoming community.
