After working at Gateway Gardens for 16 months now, I have to say how impressed I am. I have worked as nurse now for 10 years and I have never felt as appreciated by management, by the residents, and by the amazing caregivers, as I do working here. Upper management is very involved and are physically come down to provide hands-on care to help the floor staff whenever they need.
