I just found out at the Chrysler dealership that the key to the vehicle I purchased from this place doesn't go to the vehicle. I called gateway financial and told them about the issue because I couldn't unlock my doors with the key. All they said was that's the only key we had and it was sold as is. They didn't even try to fix the issue or say sorry. I asked if they could reimburse me or something. That's the thing that got me.
