I would like to thank Ms. Alaina at Gateway Federal Credit Union for going beyond the call of duty to assist me with setting up and completing a mobile payment. Mobile apps are an extra challenge when older and can't see the small text and keyboard. See notice me struggling and offered to help with other online options. I read some of the reviews and have to say the people that work ate this credit union are awesome. They have always been very kind to me and even have gone above what I ever expected. I don't ask them to stay late because I have no time management skills. I keep up with when my card expires so I can be proactive if I did not get one in time. I don't use cash app because it's not a good resource. Gateway Credit Union is alway there to protect it customers and their money.

10/10 recommend this bank for loans, auto loans and home loans. All the ladies here are always willing to help as much as they can! Feels like a family more than a bank!

Miss Patti and the staff at Gateway Credit Union have always been so helpful. This Thursday, they were especially helpful when we were called out of town and we needed funds wired to an account in Paris, TN, on short notice! Thank you so much, Marilyn and Henry
