Alaina is the best teller in the world. She is sooo good at her job. The best ever.
Awful, awful bank. I went with a credit union because of things I heard from other people, how they are better than big banks. Well this one treats you just as bad as the big banks while also having 1 location and no customer service. Have a problem after the bank closes extremely early at 4, well too bad. I stayed for awhile because my auto loan was through them, now it's paid off. Debit card expired 2/24, Friday 3/1/24 I message in explaining my card is expired and I have not received another. I was told I could wait a wee... read more
