I had a bad experience today April 12, 2026,Sunday at 3pm. I came for a visit to stay with family in Sarnia and we decided to go for a walk and with my relative went to get a couple of coffees at Tim Hortons, and we were heading to go for a walk long to the waterfront until the casino ,we were feeling like using the washroom,so we went inside when suddenly with a very rude tone and broken voice practically condemned me because I came inside with my beverage, it was this older guy that supposedly to be a greater to say hello ... read more

Wouldn't come here . Save your money. Hit 2 bonuses and didnt even pay me a dollar. Wasted an hour n half drive to donate
If you want return business, then your frontline staff (i.e. “Security”) needs to drop their rude attitude and apologize after dishing attitude over checking a customer’s age when proved wrong. They should watch their tone and words until the person produces their drivers license and passport. Staff need to remember that some people have conditions like EDS, or are Scandinavian, etc., and don’t look their age.
