When my group of friends and I entered the casino, we were very rudely greeted by a lady working the front desk and a security guard. They made it seem as if we were entering a military installation and were yelling at us to form a line in single file (we were in a line, just side by side chatting quietly with each other), and then did not allow any of us to speak to each other when we were entering. I am a 39 year old female who has been coming to this casino for 3 years. Today I had switched purses so I didn't have my ID on me, which normally is not a problem seeing has the staff generally knows me, and also, I am 39. I haven't been ID in some time. Anyways, they wouldn't let me in even though I had my players card, photos of my id on my phone plus, I am there literally every day.
