Very happy I decided to have Gates install my new flagpole. Marlon had made the whole process too easy from having utilities on the property marked, town permits, filing the sales tax home improvement exemption, to scheduling the installation. The outstanding crew of installers (Iben, Elix, and Marco) were polite, friendly and very professional. The crew was meticulous with exact placement and leveling of the pole and gave me step by step instructions on raising the flag and maintenance. I highly recommend Gates.
