Booking was incorrectly taken and not identified until arrival despite me calling a week before to confirm. On arrival booking error caused frustration to staff which was not ideal for them nor the guests! Place was not nicely heated, room was averagely set up, music was not right for the setting nor the volume. People could be heard coming and going through the place with loud voices, laughing, floors boards were noisy with the traffic of people. My husband would gift me vouchers for massages around Adelaide and Gatekeepers Day Spa is by far the best I have ever tried. It is set away from busy roads and you could see a beautiful view in some of the rooms. I appreciated that the electric blanket was turned on and was comfortable throughout the massage. The tea and even the chocolate after the massage was an amazing treat as well.
