Ordered a magazine rack through Amazon. Obviously used, hardware was rusty to the point that it was brown not gold and left rust dust on my counter when I opened it. Box was double-taped.
5 stars, 5 years later! I stumbled upon this store through facebook marketplace and went to their showroom. We were a bit skeptical at first considering the showroom was on the smaller side, but our salesperson was knowledgeable and guided us through our purchases. We bought both a king and queen bed with mattresses, a sectional and a dining set. I have had these pieces since early 2020 and am still getting compliments on them! The customer service and our couch is awesome. We did have some issues w/communication and delivery but later they apologized for it. We walked in 15 minutes before the store closed and all the associates were more than happy to help us. Daniel helped us throughout the process of us purchasing a great couch and an amazing ottoman to go with it! He was great.
