A long established bank in eastern No Dak and western Minn that has maintained hometown quality service for several decades. A leader in courtesy and convenience. If you live in Gate City’s service area consider yourself fortunate!! Mobile check deposits are a breeze, as is phone customer service. They refund all your ATM fees from other banks machines!! I dont personallly use ATMs much but my adult children bank here, also, and that is a major pro for them.
Although we didn’t have the best experience as we have had at other locations they did call us to talk about it after and I do appreciate that
Sarah and Diane are the best! In fact, every single teller has been friendly, efficient and professional. Always friendly, fast service whether you go inside or in drive-through. To me, they have the best customer service, and range and quality of products in our area.
