Gate City bank and all of its employees have been so wonderful to work with! Megan, Ryan, Jessica, and Jack have all assisted me many times! Whenever I come in or call they greet me with kindness, know me by name, and are so incredibly helpful! All of their rates are competitive and they really take the time to answer all my banking questions whether it be loans, checking, savings, CDs, or home equity. You don’t resolve customer issues effectively Jessica needs improvement she is unprofessional and handles money transactions careless
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to use the Sauk Rapids, MN branch this month and there was a woman named Jessica on her name tag the only one working there. Jessicas behavior was RUDE and incompetent. All other branches are so friendly and helpful. This woman obviously has issues that damages the banks image. I will not recommend this branch to use in Coborns.
