I have had my Gate City Bank account for 6 years. I have direct deposits, automatic payments, and transfers to other accounts going on monthly. Everything has been flawless. Gate City Bank has been the best banking institution i have ever had. I had a new card come to replace another one that was reaching its expiration date. Excellent bank. Very good customer service. They go above and beyond to help people. When going to Gate City, they even greet the customers they know by name. When they say they will do something, you can count on it being done. Very friendly and always happy to help. Highly recommended. When calling a Gate City Branch location, you get a real person that answers the phone, not an automated recording.
I am very impressed with Gate City Bank. (For some odd reason, Banks in the area are not exchanging rolls of quarters for $10, $20, $30 paper money … if you don’t have an account with them. Gate City was the first Bank that I found in the area, that would exchange paper money for quarters, without having to have an account. I picked their Bank to start my first account in St Cloud. This group has really outdid themselves with getting the best business rates for customers. The service has also been stellar and Ryan is such a patient, giving person. Would definitely give them a call with your business banking needs and questions.
