So happy that I bank with Gate City. They are always friendly and helpful. I love how involved they are in the community as well. Plus reimbursed ATM fees :)
When you call in the morning it always states they are not open, can not figure why when their site states they are
Great bank! Friendly staff and usually very fast and helpful when you are having issues with banking stuff. This was my first bank and I still haven't changed, plus the hours are way better than other banks that close earlier than them.
I've been here a few years now. I'm always treated very well. The teller's are very helpful. Even if I have problems with my Debit card they are right there to take care of my problem. This establishment is always very clean. The coffee is always on the cookies are always soft. I love banking here.
