1 star is what i give them. March 31st 2020 they had to close my debit card and issue me a new card. I had the NDSU Bison football Card. I told them to just mail it to me and i figured it would've been in the mail today April 8th and nothing so i called to see if they could look to see where it was. When they went into the system to look their wasn't any of my info and no card was put in the main. I'm in Fargo and when i heard that nothing was in the system do you know how i felt? They called because they heard that one of my employers had furloughed a bunch of their employees and they wanted to make sure I was okay. A representative said she had time to go over different programs that they were offering. I thanked them for their call but said that we were doing okay. I appreciate the individual who called to ensure I was going to be okay financially in this unprecedented time. Thank you for caring about your customers ❤️.
RecommendedI have always loved banking with Gate City they have been the best. I have banked with them for at least 9 years. With the recent Covid crisis they have more than accommodating and understanding!!

They aren’t here to help people during the covid pandemic. The entire nation is hurting and us essential employees don’t qualify for their 2500$ at 1% loan because of one medical collection from years ago. Very disappointed on the local bank for their very unlocal behavior.

Today Katy at the Gate City Bank on 13th in Fargo North Dakota was so understanding and gracious she waived over $200 in overdraft fees for me. you need to go to drive thru only... employees are furious that corporate goes home and u leave retail like sitting ducks... reputation risk is your biggest problem
