I just started banking here and the people are very nice, welcoming, with great service!
Duncan and Eliana on the lending team were great to work with. We were able to conduct most of our communication via email which was convenient for me, and when I needed something urgently, Duncan was available and responded quickly. This is my 2nd auto loan through Gate City, highly recommend for both customer service and those most competitive rate!
Offering crypto services?... Banks are now free to provide services to Bitcoin and crypto industry....Seems like a good bank I've been with them for 3 and 1/2 years although I think they could do away with overdraft fees
