This is the second new car I financed through Gate City Bank, Samantha and the bank are awesome, as usual.
Love Gate City! But this location is horrible. I will literally go out of my way to go to any other location. Rude staff, rude bankers. So unhelpful. Just go to another location. 13th Ave is wonderful! Honestly…this has been the first Gate City I’ve had any issue with.
Tellers are always great to work with. Early drive through hours are nice and convenient. Worked with Mike on a loan and he was very professional. He is polite and had an answer for every question I had. He is also very quick in communication, always getting back in a timely manner.
