Love Gate City! But this location is horrible. I will literally go out of my way to go to any other location. Rude staff, rude bankers. So unhelpful. Just go to another location. 13th Ave is wonderful! Honestly…this has been the first Gate City I’ve had any issue with.
Tellers are always great to work with. Early drive through hours are nice and convenient. Worked with Mike on a loan and he was very professional. He is polite and had an answer for every question I had. He is also very quick in communication, always getting back in a timely manner.
Not so friendly staff at this gate city. I don’t recommend going here and I’ve been banking with gate city for many years and never been treated so poorly. Rolling eyes when I asked a question and for help. Never had a problem with them until I came here and it was multiple occasions. Go bank somewhere else or I recommend another location in Fargo.
Todd did a great job keeping me informed about everything with my VA loan and made the process very easy.
