Been my go-to bank and branch for years. Absolutely the best and when an insurance company ravaged my account, they worked with me in such a helpful manner that I'm still grateful almost a decade later. Truly one of the best banks.
Doesn’t follow federal regulations and will give your business account money to anyone who knows your info, unprofessional and wouldn’t use this bank they are operating on an illegal basis,
Been banking with them for almost 10 years they were great now it's like if you have a -1.50 in your bank they will charge you 32.00 so -33.50 like wth? Why change it definitely getting sick of it so going somewhere else now
I love Gate City Bank.. been banking with them for 50 years.. car loans, home loans. .. I usually use Broadway location.. but love the location on south hill when I need it.. the whole team is so nice.. really understand customer service.
Been banking here for almost 2yrs and I love it. So easy even to just pull money out, staff is so cooperative.
