Very disapointed in this branch. Went to try to cash a check but had to sign it over to my roomate who has am account there. Worked just fine last week but this week the lady working drive through didn't have a clue what. I ment. And denied cashing the check so I couldn't get groceries for my family and diapers for my baby I would recommend staying away from this bank

The process was easy, she explained things so I was able to understand, and stayed in communication as needed throughout the whole process. Closing was a breeze and setting up auto payments had a great perk of donating to your favorite charity.
