I will give a 0 in customer service. When I was new in ND, I wanted to open a new acc. The banker ask for a photo ID, and I presented my military ID. She went to back office to pick up and application or something. When she came back to the front basically throw the ID to me, and without asking any other question said: "We don't open accounts for people who are not citizen." A Gate City Bank Senior Vice President emailed Ana on the same day apologizing for Ana’s unpleasant experience and asked to connect with her to learn more about her experience. Later that same day, Ana responded by email with how the experience made her feel. Lied to us when we opened accounts and now have began illegally stealing from our accounts. Stay away!
